Our next class is tentatively scheduled for September 26th from 10:00 AM to Noon. We are meeting at The Venue. The address is  2411 Lancaster Ave, Wilmington, DE 19805.

This class will focus on drills that are done with concealed carry in mind. This will include drawing from a seated position and reloads.

What to bring:

- Your firearm and at least 1 unloaded magazine (We have a limited number loaner pistols/holsters if you don't have your own.)

- Comfortable clothing

- Water

- Mask

What is dry fire?

Dry fire is weapon manipulations done without the use of live ammunition. This includes working on your draw, sight alignment, trigger press, reloads (emergency, tactical, and speed reloads), target transitions, movement and more!All of these skills can be learned and improved during dry fire and without ever firing a single shot. The best shooters in the world use dry fire to improve and maintain their skills. These are the same techniques that we cover during dry fire classes.  

Learn how to safely handle your firearm(s). This includes, loading, unloading, malfunction clearing along with the 4 laws of firearm safety.  This course can be completed in person or virtually. This course does not include live fire. 

This 90-minute course includes firearm safety, marksmanship fundamentals, weapon selection along with cleaning and maintenance techniques. You will need to bring 50-75 rounds of ammunition along with hearing and eye protection. Targets and range access are included. Please see the bottom of the page for the cancelation policy. 

This 90-minute course builds on the Intro to Firearms course. It covers multiple round drills, shooting from trigger reset and malfuncion clearing during live fire. You will need to bring 100-150 rounds of ammunition along with hearing and eye protection. Targets and range access are included. Please let me know if you would like the pistol or rifle course. This 90-minute course builds on the Pistol/Rifle I course. It covers reloads, engaging multiple targets and holster (pistol only) or up drills (rifle only). You will need to bring 100-150 rounds of ammunition along with hearing and eye protection. Targets and range access are included.  Please let me know if you would like the pistol or rifle course.  This 90-minute course builds on the Pistol/Rifle II course. It covers sling management (rifle only), weak/support hand shooting (pistol only), shooting from various positions and timed drills to add stress. You will need to bring 100-150 rounds of ammunition along with hearing and eye protection. Targets and range access are included.  Please let me know if you would like the pistol or rifle course. This 90-minute course builds on the Pistol/Rifle III course. It covers shooting/reloading while moving, shooting from retention, shooting from compressed ready, rifle to pistol transitions and shooting with an elevated heart rate.  You will need to bring 100-150 rounds of ammunition along with hearing and eye protection. This 90-minute course focuses on drills that are run from concealment. We will cover shooting from retention, movement to create space along with the failure to stop drill. You will need to bring 100-150 rounds of ammunition along with hearing and eye protection. This is an advanced course. Completion of Pistol/Rifle II is required unless the Instructor is comfortable with the Student's skill level or if the course is being completed with dry fire. Targets and range access are included.  This course satisfies the classroom and range requirements for the state of Delaware. These requirements are a part of the process for obtaining your concealed carry permit. Classes can be scheduled for you or you and a group of friends/family. Range access and targets are included in the course fee.

 We have a limited number of guns for rent. They are $15 to rent and must be reserved ahead of time. Only brass cased ammunition can be used through rental firearms. Aluminum or steel cased ammunition cannot be used in a rented firearm. 

Students must show the ability to handle a firearm safely and with reasonable accuracy in order to receive a certificate for course completion. If the shooting portion needs to be retaken due to a student not being able to pass, the student will need to pay for a separate appointment to show competency. If the student is unable to show competency at the additional appointment then the course will need to be retaken. Any additional appointment will need to be paid for separately.
